I have hit the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. I accomplished all the goals I set for myself. But as I've reached the "top of the mountain," I realize that all of those accomplishments don't truly fulfill me. I'm on a journey searching for deeper significance and fulfillment in business and in life. I know the struggles of being an entrepreneur, but also the satisfactions. I am now on a journey with other entrepreneurs to seek out what is truly meaningful, so that we can live our purpose. I hope you join me on this journey as I and other risk-takers and entrepreneurs share our failures, successes, struggles, hopes and much more to see what we can learn along the way. I'm not looking merely for success, but for significance. And I hope to build a community of entrepreneurs and businessmen who truly desire the same. Engelo Rumora is a former is a former pro soccer player turned real estate executive and investor. After a stint as a pro soccer player and working as labourer in his native Australia, he decided to change his lifestyle and put his finances in order. Robert Kiyosaki’s book Rich Dad, Poor Dad inspired him to get into real estate.

Engelo bought his first ever property in Victoria, Australia. Seven properties and 6 months later, he moved to the U.S. and founded Ohio Cashflow, a company dedicated to educating people on turnkey real estate investments.

To date, Engelo owns several properties in Toledo, Dayton, Cincinnati, Kansas City, and several foreign countries. Terry White is the owner and chief executive officer of Sunwest Trust, Inc., a financial services firm that offers real-world solutions to clients who need help with their self-directed IRA and escrow management needs.

After 4 years in the title business, Terry started First Financial Escrow, Inc. Over the next few years, he also started other businesses like First Financial Equities, Inc., Asset Ventures, Inc., and First Financial Marketing, Inc.
